Welcome to LearnPi, an e-learning platform that allows users to buy and sell educational courses using Pi Coin through the official Pi SDK. By using LearnPi, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the platform.

2. Definitions

• “Student”: A user who purchases and views courses.
• “Instructor”: A user who creates and publishes courses on LearnPi.
• “Pi”: The cryptocurrency used for transactions on the Pi Network.
• “We”, “Us”, “Our”: The LearnPi team.

3. Eligibility

• Be a verified Pi Network user.
• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent).
• Comply with all Pi Network policies.

4. For Students

4.1. Course Purchases

• All payments are made in Pi Coin using the official Pi SDK.
• Once purchased, you gain lifetime access to the course (unless removed for legal or policy reasons).
• No refunds are available since Pi transactions are irreversible.

4.2. Usage Rules

You agree not to:

• Share your account or course materials with others.
• Record, resell, or redistribute any course content.
• Use LearnPi for fraudulent or harmful activities.

4.3. Access and Downtime

We aim for 24/7 availability, but LearnPi may be temporarily unavailable for updates, maintenance, or Pi Network outages.

5. For Instructors

5.1. Course Creation

• You may upload educational content (videos, sections, quizzes, etc.) through your instructor dashboard.
• You must own or have full rights to all materials you upload.
• Plagiarized, offensive, or misleading content will be removed.

5.2. Payments and Earnings

• You receive 75% of the course’s total price (in Pi).
• LearnPi retains 25% for platform maintenance and transaction fees.
• Payouts are processed manually upon request via Discord (developer personal account).
• The payout amount will be confirmed before transfer.

5.3. Instructor Responsibilities

• Keep your course information accurate and up to date.
• Respond to student feedback professionally.
• Comply with copyright, education, and Pi Network guidelines.

6. Platform Rights

• LearnPi may suspend or remove users violating these terms.
• We may modify, suspend, or end services at any time.
• We may use anonymized analytics for performance and security improvements.

7. Limitation of Liability

LearnPi is not responsible for:

• Loss of Pi due to user errors.
• Downtime caused by Pi Network or third parties.
• Course content accuracy or opinions expressed by instructors.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be announced on the official Discord and Pi app listing page.

• From Students: Pi username, Pi UID, enrolled courses, and learning progress.
• From Instructors: Pi UID, profile info, uploaded course data, and earnings logs.
• Automatically: Browser type, device data, and general usage analytics.

• Authenticate users through the Pi SDK.
• Display purchased or created courses.
• Calculate and manage instructor earnings.
• Maintain security and prevent fraud.

We never sell or share personal data with third parties.

3. Pi SDK Integration

LearnPi uses the official Pi SDK to:

• Verify user identity.
• Process Pi transactions securely.
• Stay compliant with Pi Network ecosystem standards.

Your Pi wallet details are never stored on LearnPi servers.

4. Data Sharing

We may share limited data only when necessary:

• With Pi Network systems for authentication and payments.
• With Discord (for instructor payout communication).
• With hosting and analytics providers for technical reasons.

5. Data Retention

Your data is kept as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and data via Discord or in-app settings.

We use encryption, access control, and secure APIs to protect your information. However, you should always keep your Pi credentials safe.

8. Children’s Privacy

LearnPi does not knowingly collect data from users under 13. Such accounts will be removed upon detection.
